TESTIMONIALS AND PROJECTS

“Audrie manages to give them confidence yet quickly help them identify the key things that they could to maximise their impact and opportunities. I and colleagues could see the changes in some individuals after just one session and their enthusiasm and determination to implement Audrie’s suggestions has been very rewarding. Honestly speaking… I thoroughly enjoyed working with Audrie.”

Speaking and performance consultancy with Strata

As part of their #mystratastory project I was brought in to consult on the speaking and performance in this brilliantly creative concept. I worked with the managing director on her speech to the company and coached the story contributors on their speaking and performance. Here is one of the short videos from Beth and more can be found at www.strata.co.uk .The project was very successful and I’m proud to have worked with such an excellent team. We’re doing it again this year and I can’t wait!

“I had a bold idea for our companywide annual update, but wasn’t exactly sure how to make it happen. Luckily Audrie was there every step of the way to guide and support me. Audrie coached me and the other team members to make sure our performance was authentic, confident and well delivered. I struggle with my nerves but Audrie helped me by creating a clear plan, lots of rehearsal time together and sharing techniques to manage my nerves on the day. Audrie helped to make sure all the finer details were considered; she helped edit the script, visited the venue with me, coordinated the technology suppliers to name a few. I am so proud of the event, everyone loved it, I honestly couldn’t have done it without Audrie”

An interview with BBC Radio

I’m sometimes asked to give my perspective on public speaking on BBC Radio 5live and BBC Radio York. We discuss what it takes to be a good public speaker and the speaking and communication skills of our world leaders including our prime minister Rishi Sunak and New Zealand prime minister Jacinda Ardern. Here you can hear a snippet from a short interview on Radio York.

“Audrie Woodhouse has been designing and teaching courses at the French National School for Judges and Prosecutors (ENM) since 2021.

Focusing on the Art of Giving Presentations and Interview Skills, Audrie leads and encourages her participants to enter the world of presenting ‘English-style’. Her innate ability to bring out the best in every participant fosters a safe environment for members of the judiciary to experiment with their English-language skills and better themselves in the art of public speaking. Time spent with Audrie allows participants to escape from the busy environment of judging or prosecuting, to think outside the box and to learn to appreciate their own core values and competencies.

Audrie has become an invaluable asset to the ENM teaching team and is having a lasting impact on judges and prosecutors alike!

Tech Remedy: Master the Message

In this episode of the Tech Remedy podcast Jamie Marshall and I talk about the art of effective communication, strategies for speaking with confidence and clarity, and the importance of making every word count. I have thoroughly enjoyed working with Jamie as his speaking coach and watching his own speaking journey unfold. His company Everon, delivers exceptional outcomes from technology for those within Regulated Industries across the Northern Powerhouse. Find out more about Jamie and Everon at www.everon.co.uk.

Audrie is a fantastic communication coach! I asked if Audrie could help with a bespoke communication training plan for my team, which would help them conquer issues and insecurities regarding general communication, presentation skills, meetings, picking up the phone, small talk and more. In a 2 day workshop she addressed all this and more, providing us with practical skills to implement. I've already seen the impact of the training on people within the business, and with the resources Audrie created for us, we can continue to learn and improve as we go. Everyone has given great feedback about the training and how engaging it was. Thank you Audrie, it was a pleasure working with you.

“Audrie delivered an exceptional workshop for a team of 12 senior school leaders. Her honesty, positivity and kindness created the environment where we could step back, reflect, and think about how we communicate. The engaging way Audrie connected with our team, using humour and storytelling, built trust, and inspired us. It is a privilege to work with Audrie; the perfect pitch of challenge and instruction. An outstanding role model and true professional, I highly recommend her for any team or individual striving to find the best version of themselves.”

“Working with Audrie has been an absolutely life changing experience for me. The person I was when we started working together is someone I no longer recognise. I could talk about success and career progression, all of which are outcomes of the process, but the most important thing to me, and the thing that drives that external change, is learning about myself and what drives me as a human being. Now everything I do comes from a place of authenticity, and that is such a powerful tool for myself in my work and for connecting with others. I had no idea what this journey was going to be but it has far exceeded any hopes or expectations I could have ever had. I am always so impressed by the way Audrie can pick up on what is going on and guide each session so that I come away with clarity about what to do next. I am just nearing the end of a 12-month program and it’s truly the best thing I’ve ever done for myself.”
