ABOUT ME

I am CEO and Founder of Audrie Woodhouse Honestly Speaking Ltd, and an international executive communication coach, speaker trainer, and keynote speaker specialising in high-impact communication, presentation skills, and leadership presence.

As a business owner with over 30 years of experience in theatre, film, and television, I bring performance expertise alongside commercial awareness. My unique approach integrates coaching and NLP, and technical speaking skills to create lasting behavioural change. I’m known for developing confident, credible communicators who perform effectively in high-stakes professional environments.

Honestly Speaking delivers bespoke communication training, executive coaching, and consultancy for individuals, teams, and organisations resulting in transformational change for senior leaders and business professionals, strengthening how they communicate, so they lead, influence, and represent themselves and their business with clarity and authority.

I didn’t talk much when I was young. I knew, if I didn’t make a choice to learn, grow and push through the barriers that threatened to hold me back that I would never be part of the conversation and I would live a life less ordinary. Everything is a choice, even if we do nothing, we are making a choice about how we want our life to be. I made a choice to find my voice and my life unfolded. I spent my young years learning my craft as a performer and at sixteen I left home to follow my dreams in my first professional role on stage.

In my career, spanning more than three decades I travelled the world working in theatre, film and television. I have appeared in acting roles on the BBC, ITV and Channel 4 and was honoured to have been mask theatre consultant for the Royal Shakespeare Company. I began teaching and coaching as a freelance theatre practitioner in 2001 where I found my passion in sharing my knowledge and expertise with others.

My personal and professional development is important to me and integral to my practice; I have a degree in acting, a masters in writing, directing and performance, and I’m a qualified neuro linguistic practitioner and coach. I am a member of The Professional Speaking Association, The International Coaching Federation and Equity and sit on the board of directors for CIC company, Training Cave.

I am ambitious, passionate, creative, honest and loyal, seeking to build lasting relationships and work alongside like minded people. Above all, I’m a proud warrior mum of two incredible humans, always striving to give them the very best I can from life.
